Judy is the President and CEO of Integrity Network and started her career with Mobil Oil as a petroleum engineer working in the field and corporate headquarters. Her engineering education and training has proven invaluable for creating structured processes and thoroughness in the executive search business. She joined the search industry in 1988, specializing in opportunities for sales and marketing executives and in 1991, she founded Integrity Network. Judy’s expertise and demand for excellence has built the company into the leading retained search firm in Colorado for executive leadership with technology-based companies. Judy has developed an extensive professional network by showing a genuine concern for the long-term employment goals and profitability of her clients as well as the career development of her candidates. She received her Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. She is on the Board of Directors for the AEA. In her personal life Judy is a Women’s State Competitive Tennis Champion.

Tom is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Integrity Network. The majority of his past work experience has been in entrepreneurial environments leading teams and developing strategic direction. He began his high-tech career in 1982 with General Electric Information Systems in pre-sales and systems engineering. His background also includes sales, services, and product management experience with BMC Software, Geographix (acquired by Landmark/ Halliburton), and Excel Professional Services. The many years spent in consulting and sales has helped him face challenges that required novel approaches to the implementation of new technology. Tom moved from the Boston area to Colorado in 1978 to earn his Masters Degree in Geochemistry at Colorado School of Mines. Outside of work Tom is an avid woodworker and guitar lover (acoustic, electric and bass).
