Judy Kennelley, President and CEO
Ms. Kennelley is the President and CEO of Integrity
Network, Inc. Ms. Kennelley started her career with Mobil Oil as a petroleum
engineer working in the field and corporate headquarters. Her engineering
education and training has proven invaluable for creating structured
processes and thoroughness in the executive search business. She joined
the search industry in 1988, specializing in opportunities for sales
and marketing executives. In 1991, she founded Integrity Network, Inc.
Ms. Kennelley’s expertise and demand for excellence built the company
into the leading retained search firm in Colorado for executive leadership
with technology-based companies. Ms. Kennelley has developed an extensive
network by showing a genuine concern for the long-term staffing goals
and profitability of her clients and the career development of her candidates.
She received her Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the University
of Oklahoma. She is on the Board of Directors for the AEA. She is also
a Women’s State Competitive Tennis Champion.
Tom Hickey, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hickey is the Co-Founder and Chief
Operating Officer of Integrity Network, Inc. Mr. Hickey began his
high-tech career in 1982 with G.E
Information Systems in pre-sales and systems engineering. His background
also includes sales and product management experience with BMC and
Geographix. Mr. Hickey spent many years in consulting and sales where
his challenges required
novel approaches to the implementation of new technology with a heavy
emphasis on developing long-term client relationships and satisfaction.
The majority of his work experience has been in entrepreneurial environments
leading teams and developing strategic direction. Mr. Hickey moved
to Colorado in 1978, to earn his Masters Degree from the Colorado School
of Mines.
